Downtown Books and Purl are two unique shops ensconced in Apalachicola’s iconic O. E. Cone Building at 67 Commerce Street. Owner Dale Julian and compadres Sandy March, and Wallace Floyd offer the best new titles and much-loved classics, exquisite yarns, games and diversions, and exemplary personal service – and have fun doing it! Special orders are our specialty. We ship everywhere. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 to 5:30, and most Sundays from 11 to 4.
