The Friends of the Franklin County Public Libraries (FFCPL) will be hosting a Cookies & Cocoa Holiday Party on Thursday, December 19, at 4:30 pm ET at the Carrabelle Branch, 311 St. James Ave. SE (Hwy 98), Carrabelle, FL. Families are invited to join the Carrabelle Branch of the Franklin County Public Library for an engaging event featuring tons of holiday fun including cookie decorating, hot cocoa, and a variety of festive holiday-themed activities.
